What if you are not happy with your Airlesspro purchase? Please inform us within 14 days from the day you received the goods that you wish to return the order/item. After that day should you wish to make a return you have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us in original packaging, if possible together with a note describing reason for return, along with your contact details. An exchange will be made or a full refund will be credited to your account.
Damaged deliveries should not be signed for and packaging must be kept for inspection by the delivery company or they will not accept any claim and no refund will be made.
Lost items can only be claimed after 15 days have elapsed from the date of posting. It can take up to 90 days for Royal Mail to process such claims.
Delivery costs will only be refunded should items be faulty or incorrect.
Cancelled orders can only be accepted up to 12 hours after ordering, beyond this time a 5% charge will apply.
We regret that "special order" items are non refundable.
Orders once placed and accepted by Airlesspro Ltd can only be cancelled with our consent and on terms that will indemnify us against loss.
The re-stocking charge is 20% of invoice total value.
